There are a few different choices for vendors:
Spots are first come, first served. Here are the details:
Website inclusion with Business name and link to your website OR Facebook page, whichever you prefer – one only.
Facebook inclusion; we will be setting up an album with ONE image of your choosing, write up about your business and offer (we suggest setting up a coupon code of some sort so you can track sales, but it is not mandatory). In THIS location, you can include your website, offer, coupon code, Facebook page and any other information you would like to include so long as I can cut and paste it into the album under your product photo.
Weekly rotation of each vendor highlighted at the top of the Facebook page, rotation will be chosen randomly and you will be notified which week YOUR product/service will be highlighted once all Vendors are set and the deadline has been reached. Any vendors after the deadline for submission will be welcomed, but will automatically be put at the end of the rotation. Only ONE of each Direct Sales company will be allowed and will be chosen on a first paid, first included basis. We reserve the right to decline entry to any additional vendors that have products too similar to another vendor which has already submitted and paid.
Vendor: $100 per 6 months (you have the right to re-apply & pay for an additional 6 months at the end of the contract period)
Sponsor: $300 per 6 months (you get all mentioned above, plus an add on the website listing you as a sponsor and rotation of your ad on the “cover photo” of the Facebook page - to be rotated depending on number of sponsors)
Premier Sponsor: $800 per 6 months (all vendor privileges listed above & inclusion in RADIO ADVERTISING mentioning your company as a sponsor)
Prize giveaways - Vendors are welcome to donate a prize for the raffle. Raffle prizes will allow the exhibitor featured promotion both online and announced during the online event in a separate album with additional promotion. (Raffle prize donation must equal $30 minimum & vendor is responsible for delivering/shipping item to winner)
Payment is required in full at time of application. If payment is not made immediately following application submission, spot reservation will be forfeited. An invoice will be emailed within 24 hours of application submission, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure you receive the invoice (sent via PayPay) and that it is paid immediately. A follow up reminder MAY be sent as a courtesy, but if the invoice is not paid within a couple of days, the invoice WILL BE CANCELLED & the spot released to the next vendor in line. No refunds will be given for any reason.
ONCE PAYMENT IS RECIEVED, I WILL BE EMAILING YOU TO REQUEST THE PHOTO FOR YOUR FACEBOOK LISTING AND/OR THE AD FOR SPONSORSHIP ON THE WEBSITE - PLEASE GET THIS TO ME ASAP AS I CANNOT PUT UP THE LISTING WITHOUT IT. Thank you.

In addition to an aggressive Social Marketing campaign, we also plan to do Radio advertising as well.
