Dear Baby Advocate,

The third annual 2016 Mommy & Me Baby Fair will be held at the Monterey Fairgrounds in Monterey, CA and is the first of its kind in the area.  In the past, Parents who wanted to attend a Baby Fair would need to drive either to San Francisco or as far as Pasadena to attend and many of the providers, facilities and products that were offered were not accessible to them here on the peninsula.

On July 9th, 2016 we will offer hundreds of pregnant women on the peninsula & beyond, the opportunity to get to know their local organizations, baby related services, retail establishments, doctors, service providers, fitness possibilities, Hospitals, Doctors, Dentists and much more!  Please see the "Event Photos" link on the home page to see how prior Baby Fairs have looked!

We have a very special opportunity as well to cater to the many existing & expecting parents, including the military parents we are blessed to have in our area.  We are offering multiple levels of sponsorship to highlight your business or product. The Mommy & Me Baby Fair is expecting approximately 1000 visitors for a day of demonstrations, education, raffle prizes, samples, a fashion show and shopping.  We have numerous partnerships with the local media and advertising outlets.  Our event will be advertised though these outlets to invite our audience to this unique opportunity!  Below are the details concerning this year’s sponsorship levels:

  • $3,000 - Title Sponsor (Only ONE available) – “The first annual Mommy and Me Fair is brought to you by ______”, will be included in ALL media, websites, Facebook, postcards, etc. in addition to all that is included in the Gold Sponsorship.  Informational or demonstration area provided as well.
  • $1,500 - Dealer Sponsor (Only ONE available) – Designated are to be provided to display up to 3 cars & “safety instructors” provided to show how to properly install child safety seats in “Dealer” vehicle with “Dealer” as sponsor for that demonstration.
  • $2,000 - Gold Sponsor: Premium Banner placement at entrance for one week prior to event & day of, 2” x 2” ad on Passport which will be carried around to all vendors in order to enter raffle.  Logo included in all advertising, postcards, website, link and weekly ad on Facebook page up to one month prior to event.  Promotional materials included in gift bag. (Limited to 4 sponsors)
  • $1,000 - Silver Sponsor: Banner placement near entrance for one week prior, logo placement on Passport, inclusion in at least 50% of advertising and weekly ad on Facebook page, Promotional item included in gift bag. (Limited to 6 sponsors)
  • $500 – Bronze Sponsor: Banner placement at Fairgrounds one week prior, business name in advertising and in list of vendors on Facebook. One piece of promotional material (limited to paper insert) included in gift bag. (Limited to 8 sponsors)
  • $75 - Gift Bag Sponsor: Include a small promotional item, sample or coupon of/for your product in each of 50 gift bags given to the first 50 attendees. (Limited) or provide 75 to include the VIP goody bags (Items must be approved for inclusion in VIP bags)
